Mesken Haule B.V. is a company specialized in developing and the production of press packaging machines for natural fibres, pulp and a variety of waste products.

Mesken Haule produces complete production lines for processing wood shavings, sawdust, chopped hay or straw, hemp wood, glass fibre, glass wool or other similar products in an efficient way.

The range consists of: transport, storage, sieving, dosing, weighing, packaging and robothandling.

At the LIGNA 2007 Mesken Haule presented a new concept for pressing and packaging of wood shavings through a large double packaging baler.
This formula is extremely successful.

The production capacity of 450 to 600 bales per hour is hardly feasible with two single balers.
Depending on the specifications the double baler with two outputs, this baler can produce bales of fifteen to thirty pounds shavings or sawdust.

Development
The machine is developed using existing techniques and materials in order to increase the reliability and maintenance to a minimum. For the supply of raw materials is a single supply line sufficient. This is a saving of thirty percent relative to the investment of two individual presses.

Large balesizes
New developments are balers for large bales.
The dimensions of the bales may e.g. 1,2 x 1,2 x 2,4 meters.
These bales, wrapped in foil, scales around the 500 kilograms. For large consumers, this is a great saving on transportation and foil.

New concepts
This year Mesken Haule improved the existing concept of small packaging. Through a special way of pressing it is possible to produce higher volumes per hour.

In addition, we have developed a ecological way to wrap this small bales, were 60% less plastic is used, but the quality of wrapping is maintained.
